All throughout history, women have played important roles in God's story of redemption. In the Bible, we see women leading a nation, prophesying, teaching, evangelizing, mothering, and even leading churches. However, for a large portion of the church's history, it has relegated women to the sidelines, and has suppressed their voices and giftings because of a few misunderstood Scriptures. In this message, we're going to talk about the significance of how God created women, explore how women were treated in the New Testament, and see if it lines up with how the church is currently functioning.
